Pope Francis issues restrictions on Extraordinary Form Masses in new motu proprio, “Traditionis Custodes”

The legislative document addresses “The Use of the Roman Liturgy Before the 1970 Reform” and places restrictions on the celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass.
It is accompanied by a letter to Bishops.
