Pope Francis issues Apostolic Letter on liturgical translation

Pope FrancisPope Francis has published a motu proprio, ‘Magnum Principium’, granting bishops’ conferences greater control over the translation of liturgical texts. Bishops’ conferences will have main responsibility for translations, with the Holy See approving them.
